When we learn to focus on another thing for extended periods of time, we are filling our mental energy reservoir.

Too Many Choices

We are in age where we at a loss for choice. In the past we didn’t have much choice. Now, we have too many.

Now, if you need to buy a personal computer, you've so many choices, that you simply become paralyzed and might not even know the place to start.

If we have too several choices our minds feel overwhelm and now we become paralyzed we don’t know how to concentrate better if at all.

Distractions and Interruptions

We are now living in over communicated society. Facts are coming our way from a variety of sources.

Our phones will always be ringing; we attached to our email system everywhere from mobile phones, tablets to our computers at the office and at home.

Often there is something happening and that we always being distracted. Exactly the same we distract others and not respecting time of others people. Distraction becomes an addiction.

Life Issues and Worries

You are preoccupied with issues that you experienced, something outside of your focus area along with your mind wanders, that causes you to lose focus. Often we're having trouble focusing in a weird way.

While performing necessary tasks, we feel about problems in other are individuals lives. You might think about all the tasks you need to do tomorrow, grocery you wish to pick up and so on.

Specificity and Actions

Task you are trying to focus on is not specific enough, and that means you feel paralyzed and don't get to the point of following through.

What motivates you more? Which one you most likely will track up?

1. I'll go and exercises to build muscles

2. I will do 20 push-ups Twice a day at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM every single day

Second statement 's time specific, so you know exactly what to do, when and exactly how.

Short Attention, Instant Gratification

 Were culture of short attention and instant gratification. If you need to have food, you'll have it now, by driving to some MacDonald’s or any of the junk food places.

You can have instant meal almost anywhere you are going. If you want to get any movie or songs, it is possible to go on ITunes or Netflix and still have it instantly on your computer or IPod. You don’t need to wait to get it tomorrow. We wish it NOW.

It might be necessary to train our minds to spotlight one thing.
